PROJECT BRIEF

A Business wanted to begin sending a monthly newsletter.  They had multiple lists with contacts and needed to consolidate them into one list.  The Business wanted to then send an announcement email stating they would be sending a monthly newsletter and asking for the recipients to opt-in.

CHALLENGES

  • Multiple lists in multiple formats

  • Data fields do not have consistent formatting

  • Duplicates between the existing lists

  • Lists contain personal, stagnant, and no longer valid contacts.

SOLUTION

  • Combined, cleaned, merged, purged contact lists into a master list

  • Implemented an email marketing tool

  • Created templates using company branding

  • Assigned contacts to “categories” for targeted emails
